Reggie Lambert, President
Reggie Lambert is a 20-year Disney Cast Member who currently serves as Senior Manager at ESPN Wide World of Sports & runDisney. Prior to this role, Reggie held Hotel Manager roles at Disney’s Old Key West Resort and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge from 2021 to 2024.
An Industrial Engineer Graduate from the University of Miami class of 96, College of Engineering with a master’s in Business Administration from Stetson University, Reggie’s professional career began with ARAMARK Uniform Services in 1994 as an Industrial Engineer Intern. Prior to joining Disney in 2006 as a Production Manager at Textile Services, Reggie held several roles ranging from Production Manager and Industrial Engineer Consultant with ARAMARK Uniform Services, Director of Human Resources at Shell Oil Ltd, to Missionary and Minister with the International Churches of Christ to Industrial Engineer Consultant with Seaboard Marine and Shell Oil Ltd.
What’s unique about Reggie is his ability to strategically plan with his team and Line of Business Partners the long-term vision for the hotel while playing a key role in raising and developing the next generation of leaders and assisting the company in navigating the needs of our Haitian-Creole ever increasing population and consistently driving record breaking results in SAFETY, Business Results, and Guest Experience metrics.
Reggie was a Speaker at the 2026 Disney 10,000 attendees Leadership Conference and was recently featured in People’s Magazine article on Career & Leadership at Disney.
Besides his passion for Service as a seasoned Hotelier, Reggie is a pure Philanthropist. He is the Founding Director of Haitian Support; a non-profit organization focused on Education with the goal of providing every school aged kid in Southeastern Haiti access to quality education by 2040.
Reggie resides in Windermere, Florida with his wife, Martine of 29 years. Together they have two children. Gio is a Producer at CBS news in NY while Anne-Sarah is a Medical Assistant with Advent Health in Asheville, NC while pursuing her dream of becoming an OBGYN.
Stanley Dumornay, Co-Founder
Stanley Dumornay is a co-founder of Haitian Support. Born in New York City and raised primarily in Haiti, he grew up in a country whose beauty, resilience, and challenges profoundly shaped his life. Those early experiences gave him an understanding of both hardship and hope, along with a lasting desire to contribute to the communities that raised him.
At 19, Stanley returned to New York to study mechanical engineering. Moving between two countries with vastly different resources deepened his awareness of inequity and opportunity. It also strengthened his conviction that education and leadership could help communities build a better future.
After earning his engineering degree, Stanley returned to Haiti, where he spent six years serving as a missionary. Through education, leadership training, and community development projects, he found a sense of purpose rooted in service, empowerment, and sustainability.
He continued his ministry in the United States, pastoring and leading community initiatives while maintaining close ties to Haiti. He returned regularly with teams to help build and maintain the Bodarie school, participate in medical trips, and train local leaders. These experiences reinforced his belief in partnerships that support local leadership and create lasting opportunities.
His journey later took him to Montreal, where he earned an MBA to complement his leadership experience with practical business knowledge. There, he launched a social enterprise importing Haitian peanuts, seeking to create jobs, support local agriculture, and demonstrate how business could contribute to community development.
Today, Stanley lives in Indianapolis with his wife and best friend. He previously served as Executive Director of Freetown Village, a nonprofit that uses African American history and the arts to inspire learning and strengthen community. He now works as a leadership consultant, helping leaders and organizations build healthier teams, navigate conflict, and turn their vision into action. He also co-founded and runs Oulala, a Haitian-style peanut butter company that celebrates Haitian culture through food.
Stanley’s path has taken him from engineering to ministry, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership. Throughout it all, he has held to a simple belief: leadership is stewardship, and people’s skills and opportunities carry a responsibility to serve others.
Haiti remains at the center of his heart. As a co-founder of Haitian Support, Stanley works alongside others who share a commitment to its people and its future. This work is deeply personal—a continuation of a journey rooted in love for the country that helped shape who he is.
Page Pennell, Director
Upon an invitation from Stanley Dumornay, Page first visited the Bodarie School in 2008 and immediately discovered his passion for helping the good people of Haiti through quality education and basic health services. In early 2024, Page retired from a 40 year career in financial services in both New York and Boston. He lives in New Jersey with his wife Karen.
